PURE P.T.F.E

INTRODUCTION:Our highest grade of packing which is manufactured with materials of equal quality to those used in America and Europe.The P.T.F.E yarn is of superior quality to those used in other P.T.F.E packing's and it is therefore able to seal against very high temperature and speeds .Whilst it is mainly used on services for which other packing's are not suitable it will give a longer service life than more conventional packing's on less arduous duties

APPLICATION:It is suitable for packing valves, rods, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, mixers and agitators. Because of the severe nature of many fluids in the chemical industry Swan 303 is widely used most successfully.It is also suitable for many corrosives including caustics and acids.Oher uses include solvents,oils and steam. Frequently used where product contamination is not acceptable CONSTRUCTION:Manufactured from improved new pure P.T.F.E yarn fibres in square braided section the yarns are lubricated with a P.T.F.E suspension

ASBESTOS P.T.F.E

APPLICATION: Most widely used where a dense and resilient packing with a long service life is required in the food beverage, pharmaceutical and dairy industries. Suitable for mild acids and alkalis,ammonia air ,oils and solvents and certain chemicals

CONSTRUCTION: High quality long asbestos yarns,lubricated with P.T.F.E dispersion braided and finally coated with P.T.F.E
